All the costumes and items remain the property of Mangilal Gotewale |

The costumes and accessories must be bought back in the same condition in wich they were rented. |

You will not iron, wash, dry clean, or alter the costumes in anyway. |

Excessively dirty costumes will be charged for extra cleaning fees. |

The costumes must be bought back by the due date otherwise you will be charged a late fee of $15 per day for each day late per costume hired (no excuses). |

Any costumes and or accessories that have been damaged, lost or stolen this includes accidental damage will be charged for at full replacement cost. |

Any amounts to be charged is solely at the discretion at Mangilal Gotewale. |

You agree that there is sufficient funds in your credit card to cover any cost that may be incurred as a result of hiring the costumes, eg loss or damage. |

You authorize Mangilal Gotewale to charge your credit card for any damages, loss of items cleaning costs and replacement costs. |
| u |
You agree that Mangilal Gotewale may keep any part of/ or all of a cash deposit that has been left as security in the event of the costumes being lost damaged stolen or excessively dirty. |

Any costumes not being returned will be reported to the police and it will be treated as theft. |
| u |
Any money owing will be referred to a credit collection agency. |

If the costumes and or items are bought back on time and in the same condition in which they left the premises (a little dirty is ok) Mangilal Gotewale agrees to hand back any cash that has been left as security and tear up any credit card imprints. |

You agree to rent the costumes at your own risk and agree to hold Mangilal Gotewale harmless for any injuries to yourself, others or property as a result of the use of the said costumes and or items. |
Sizing Chart
For the majority of our costumes: Child sizes: Small (2-4); Medium (6-8) and Large (10-12). Adult women's sizes Med/Lrg (8-14), Sml/Med (2-6), X-Small 0-2, Small 4-6, Medium 8-10, Large 12-14. Adult Men's sizes Small 36-38", Medium 40-42", Large 42-44". Ones size fits all costumes are Men 6' 200 lbs, Women size 8-12. With most costumes, it's better to buy larger than smaller. Costumes rarely fight snugly and are usually designed to be tied and cinched as appropriate.
